Monday Sept. 18th, 6:30-8 pm: Muse & Craft is a little Zoom oasis for writers, a chance to talk briefly about your project, respond to a writing prompt, and then, if you want to, you can read us a few pages of your work, either what you just wrote or something you’ve brought with you. I’ll give verbal feedback and we’ll use the chat for peer feedback. The session is FREE. I want to keep it small. Fall Offerings on Zoom
These offerings cap out at 10 people to provide an interactive, intimate, safe group.
All sessions are hands-on, including discussion and guided practice. In this small learning community, we discuss a specific technique or topic through multiple angles and complete short, related writing challenges to jumpstart your writing. The atmosphere is supportive, fun, and alive with creativity.

Avoiding Info Dumps
As writers, we love to convey big chunks of information so readers will understand everything they need to know as the story progresses. As readers, we don’t love this as much. In this session, we’ll park the dumptrucks and embed details into the narration. ($30)
